I wanted to write you and thank you for sharing your excellent staff with me and my wife, Anna.  It has been a hectic few months for us but Pete and Gary have walked us right through it.  Our quest began back in May when we learned that we were expecting our second child!  This revelation meant that we needed a bigger home and more space.  I contacted Pete.  Within hours it seemed like he was calling and emailing with possibilities.  Over the next two weeks we checked out several properties and then on the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend, we found the house... for sale.  We fell in love with it the moment we walked inside. 

Pete helped us place an offer that afternoon, we negotiated it out Friday morning and by Friday night we were signing the contract.  Meanwhile my family left for a long weekend at our house on Lake Gaston.  Pete was willing and did in fact meet us in Louisburg (over halfway) on Friday night to sign the paperwork.  I couldn't believe how willing he was to make it work!

Pete then came over to our existing house...the following Tuesday night.  He listed our house for sale about 10 pm.  It showed twice on Wednesday and was set to show on Thursday evening but we got and negotiated an offer before then.  Pete priced the house for way more than we anticipated and basically got it!  From there, Gary took over.  He did an absolutely incredible job.  For a about 2 weeks we talked almost every day.  In fact I was a little sad when we got everything worked out and he stopped calling.  I missed him!  What I want to say is something I am sure you already know, Pete and Gary are fantastic.  I would recommend them to anyone and if we do ever need help again with real estate we will definitely call.  Finally, I just want to say that Gary had a great 'closing' touch.  Last night we went over to our old house one last time.  It was the house we came home to on our wedding night before leaving for our honeymoon.  It was the house we brought our first child home to.  It was a great house and we would have stayed if a second child was not on the way.  The house was very special to us and always will be.  Today as we closed, Gary gave us a framed pencil sketch of our old house.  My wife and I both got a bit choked up.  It was the perfect touch.  Please share my wholehearted thanks with both Pete and Gary.
