Bob Bromhal

Bob is Laura's husband and now works primarily behind the scenes. He has extensive experience as both a buyer's agent and a closing coordinator. He has participated in over 800 closings. He is a licensed broker and is available to help any member of The Bromhal Team should the need arise.

Laurie Bromhal Daniel

Laurie is a Durham native, Laura's stepdaughter, and a licensed buyer's agent. Laurie is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill. She lives in the Triangle with her husband Gary, and enjoys helping her customers find the home of their dreams. She works with both local buyers and those that are relocating to find a home that best meets their needs.

Gary Daniel

Gary Daniel, Laura's son-in-law, is the closing coordinator for all buyers and sellers. For buyers, he assists with finding financing, inspections, attorneys, and everything else needed to reach a successful closing. For sellers, Gary makes sure the buyers are meeting contractual obligations and generally assists in getting to a successful closing. Very organized and detail oriented, Gary is also a licensed agent.

Beth Hall

Beth, the newest member to our team, is also a listing coordinator and licensed broker. She and Pete work as a team to determine pricing and advertising, as well as keeping our sellers aware of everything that happens during the listing term. She graduated from Brenau Women's College in Georgia in 1995 with a degree in Business. Joining us in 2005 with 7 years in the real estate industry, Beth will bring extensive knowledge and experience to the Bromhal Team.

Teresa Leap

Teresa is the Office Manager, ensuring that the entire office runs smoothly. Her excellent problem solving and computer skills assure an efficient working environment. She is also in charge of managing The Bromhal Team website and other marketing efforts. She makes sure that every question is answered and every problem is solved.

Will Stott

Will is Laura's son and is assisting the listing coordinators in placing listings in various databases, in keeping track of showings, and other functions to aid in the marketing of Laura's listings.
