What was your most difficult assignment in the Triangle?
Helping someone in the Witness Protection Program find a new home and life in the Research Triangle Park area with two armed guards riding with us.
What advice would you give to people starting out in real estate today?
Do an open house every Sunday and take all the phone duty you can.
What has been the biggest change in residential real estate industry over the past five years?
Dealing with the September 11 fallout from that event. We didn't sell a house for months.

My home! My husband and I have it perfectly made for us.
